Terms And Conditions Trade Promotional Lottery Competition
This competition will be promoted by Shah Group Pty Ltd TAS Aquaqleen Cleaning Services ("Promoter") (ABN 96 443 126 146) in the state of VIC, Australia only.
1. Information regarding the prizes and how to enter forms part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering the Competition (Competition), entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open only to VIC,Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Directors, officers, management or employees (and the immediate family members of directors, officers, management or employees) of the Promoter or of its related bodies corporate (including any company within the Shah Group) or of the agencies or companies associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members mean any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. This is monthly Competition begins 12.01am (AEST) on 1st day of every month and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on last day of the same month. (Competition Period).
4. To enter, Entrants must, during the competition period: Spend $100 or more in cleaning services with the Promoter and register online at http://www.aquaqleencleaning.com.au with all the necessary details. Only one entry from one house hold will be accepted.
5. All entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period. Online entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. Each Entrant is responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption and communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, the internet, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Any Entrant who enters using multiple email addresses and/or aliases, or otherwise contravenes these Conditions of Entry, may be disqualified.
6. The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on every 7th day of the month at Aquaqleen cleaning services 53 Penrose Promenade Tarneit, VIC 3029. The first three valid entries randomly drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will win the prize. This is not a game of skill.
7. The total prize pool is valued at up to $150.00 (Inc GST).
8. The winner will be notified via email in writing and will have their name and state/territory of residence published on website http://www.aquaqleencleanihng.com.au by 10th day of the each month. If the prize has not been accepted or claimed within 28 days of the draw, the relevant winner‟s entry will be deemed invalid.
9. The Promoter may require Entrants to provide proof of paid cleaning, proof of residency and proof of age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, that entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with term 6. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Competition or acts in violation of these Conditions of Entry, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
12. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities, if required.
13. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. Privacy Statement - The information an Entrant provides will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Competition as well as providing Special Offers and/or company information. The Entrant additionally agrees that they must provide their consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter at the time of submitting their entry (through any entry method). An Entrant can opt out of receiving Company's marketing communications at a later time, by contacting Company via the details below. An Entrant's personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, available at http://www.aquaqleencleaning.com.au/privacy-policy.asp. The Company may disclose an Entrant's personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Competition or communicating with the Entrant. The Company, Shah Group Pty Ltd is bound by the National Privacy Principles within the Privacy Act 1988.
